The handlers/groomers/owners in these videos demonstrate how they would use the Pure Paws product line with their dogs. You may even notice sometimes that different handlers use different techniques when bathing & grooming. There are many ways to combine the products to acheive the look that is right for your dog. Reconstructing Shampoo

Dilute the Reconstructing Shampoo 1 part shampo to 8 parts water. Wet the coat, apply shampoo and lather. Rinse with warm water and Repeat. This will help remove excess oils and debris from the coat.

Show Days For Long Coated Chihuahuas
Dilute the Moisturizing Conditioner 1 part conditioner to 8 parts water. Distribute through out the coat evenly. Let the conditioner sit in the coat for 3 minutes, run a little bit of warm water through the coat so that the conditioner penetrates all the way to the base of the coat. Run your fingers gently through the coat to assure that the conditioner has penetrated. Rinse with cool water.

Moisturizing Conditioner

No Rinse Shampoo

On coats that have white in them we recommend doing an extra bath using the No Rinse Shampoo as a second bath to help bring the white out on the coats. This can be used diluted or straight.

Dry Coat

Cover the dog with a small towel and apply pressure to the coat to absorb the excess water. Do not rub the dog dry. Take care to not apply pressure to the back when drying the coat with a towel. Finish by blow drying the coat.

Finishing Show Spray

Use the Ultra Finishing Show Spray to brush thorugh the coat ring side. This anti-static hydrating spray will keep the coat in perfect ring condition.
Maintenance

Reconstructing Shampoo

Dilute the Reconstructing Shampoo 1 part shampo to 8 parts water. The hydrating properties in this shampoo will help keep the coat in optimal condition. Reducing the amount of breakage.

Moisturizing Conditioner

Dilute the Moisturizing Conditioner 1 part conditioner to 8 parts water. Distribute through out the coat evenly. Let the conditioner sit in the coat for 3 minutes, run a little bit of warm water through the coat so that the conditioner penetrates all the way to the base of the coat. Run your fingers gently through the coat to assure that the conditioner has penetrated. Rinse with cool water.

Shine Conditioning Spray

Use the Shine Conditioning Spray to help brush through the coat. Use for detangling and conditioning. Do not brush a dry coat. This will cause breakage.
Show & Maintenence Days For Short Coated Chihuahuas
Wet the coat. Mix one part Ultra Bright Shampoo with 8 parts water in a small container. Use the washcloth to wash the face and muzzle of the dog and to rinse it. Rinse coat well. Avoid getting water in the ears or eyes.

Brightening Shampoo

Mix one part Ultra Reconstructing Shampoo with 8 parts water in a small container. Apply the mixture to the dog’s coat with a washcloth and gently wash the dog. Be sure to rinse out all of the shampoo from the coat.

Reconstructing Shampoo

Deep Conditioner

Mix 1 part Ultra Deep Conditioner with 8 parts water. Apply to coat with a washcloth. Rub conditioner in with hands. Leave conditioner on for about 3 minutes. Rinse conditioner out. Use a chamois to remove excess water from coat.

For show days lightly mist the coat and brush.

For maintenance days use in between baths spray one the Shine Conditioner Spray liberally on the coat daily and rub into coat.
