Ever since my childhood I have had a profound love for my pets, spending most of my days playing with them and enjoying all the time we spent together. I never imagined what they would represent for me over the course of my life.

As this love for my dogs grew I realized the great responsibility that comes with owning and caring for your best friends. During this time we shared together I learned the importance of maintaining and caring for my dogs as if they were a member of my family. And this meant not only their food and medical care but their daily hygiene, skin & coat care.

I have owned and worked with many different breeds over the years and have found them to all be unique in their grooming needs. As a breeder and a show home I came to realize how important the products I was using on my dogs actually were. This was the beginning of Pure Paws Inc.

Today as one of the industry leaders in show and pet care we constantly strive to bring you and your loved one the very best there is. That’s why I believe,

Without a doubt she has been a woman always striving to help all of us that show our dogs improve upon what we have. Arlene's dedication to the improvement of grooming products through her study of chemistry and raw materials materias has lead Pure Paws to expand into an industry leader. With every conversation she has a a show wit someone she interacts with the owners and handlers to know what it is that the industry is lackin or where we need imprivement. She has traveled around the world and worked with top handlers and breeders to bring us the products we are looking for. She takes the very best and applies it to a vision of how she can always improve upon what there is, never stopping at good enough. Her dedication has made many, like myself, graetful to have a company that cares so much about us all. By creating Pure Paws Arlene has put the benefits of the show world into everyones hands and through her passion, dedication and love of this world she has accomplished so much for us all.

My original breeds where Yorkies and Maltese. Below are a couple of videos I did a few years back when we first started doing videos. You can tell we where still new to making videos at that time :-) Jordan, my oldest daughter actually helped me make the videos. She filmed the the Maltese video and took the pictures for the Yorkie video!

Over the years I have branched out to work with all different breed types so I could learn the various types of coat textures. Here at Pure Paws we have had such distinguished guest as: Ethro; The Afghan (BIS MX CH) - King; The Schnauzer (WD Eukanuba & Devon) - Tommy; The Hairless Crested (#1 Male CC) - Collins; The Powder Puff (BIS European CH) and many more!!

I have enjoyed workin with all the different kidos that have come through here and look forward to being alble to continue my work in the years to come.

Jordan and I traveled a lot in the begining when Pure Paws was first launching. We went to shows all around the country promoting and working with the products introducing the line to potential clients through out the USA. Jordan never lost an opportunity to have a good time. She loved to have fun with everyone including the dogs. Those of you who meet her at the shows know just how special she is...I miss having her at the shows with me...Love you Jo!!!
